fer educational ways to age in place by knowing what home modifications you may need, nutrition to stay young and fight diseases, online tutorials, and courses to take care of YOU.

We all know people who have stopped moving and the results. It’s never too late to get moving, stay mobile, and be the healthiest version you can be.

Having over 35 years in the health, wellness, and fitness industry, I have worked with a variety of clientele. My passion is to work with our Baby Boomer and beyond, aging population and help them turn back the clock.

Her workouts are vigorous and targeted to fall prevention, yet she respects group members’ various limitations and regularly encourages us to adjust as needed.
